Hot Tub and Jetted Tub Liquid Spa Fragrance Recipe

Make your own Hot Tub/Spa Safe Liquid Fragrances using Lynden House International's specially designed Hot Tub Fragrance Concentrates. Do not use undiluted fragrances directly in hot tubs, they *must* be made into a formula to keep them safe for acrylic and wood surfaces. A little goes along way.

500 ml. (appr. 17 oz.) Propylene Glycol
1 to 2 teaspoons of Hot Tub Fragrance Concentrate of your choice
10 to 15 drops Liquid Soap Dye (optional)

Mix well and pour into clear lotion bottles with disc caps. To use add 1 to 2 capfuls in your hot tub, whirlpool bath or regular bath. Makes approximately 16-17 oz. of finished product.

Tip:

If you've used too much fragrance it will not mix together. You can add more Propylene Glycol until the mixture stays together and remains clear.

Calculation Tips:

15 ml. = 3 teaspoons - makes between 1 1/2 to 3 Litres
30 ml. = 6 teaspoons - makes between 3 and 6 Litres
120 ml. = 24 teaspoons - makes between 12 and 24 Litres
250 ml. = 50 teaspoons - makes between 25 and 50 Litres
500 ml. = 100 teaspoons - makes between 50 and 100 Litres

In our testing we found that our preference was to use the lesser amount as the scents are very concentrated and last a long time in the hot tubs and jetted tubs.

We only recommend our Hot Tub Fragrance Concentrates in this formulation.
We DO NOT recommend using our regular toiletry fragrance oils or other companies fragrances in this formula.
